Hubei Xingye Steel Furnace Material Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise founded by Mr. Zhou Yingchun in 1993, mainly engaged in the acquisition, processing, and distribution of scrap steel. The company's headquarters is located next to Macheng Railway Station, one of the top ten hubs of the Beijing Kowloon Railway, and its self built 6.5 kilometers of three dedicated railway lines are connected to Macheng Railway Station. Xingye Company has 8 branches (subsidiaries) in Henan, Hubei, Shanxi, and Shandong, with total assets of 1 billion yuan and over 1000 employees. The company has a dedicated processing and storage area of 1400 acres, with nearly 400 sets of dedicated processing and transportation equipment. The company has purchased more than 60 sets of large and small equipment from Hubei Lidi Machine Tool Co., Ltd., with a total annual processing and distribution capacity of 3 million tons. In November 2003, the company established the first "scrap steel recycling, processing and distribution center" in central China in Macheng City, and has established long-term strategic partnerships with Wuhan Iron and Steel Group, Hubei Iron and Steel Group, Xinye Iron and Steel Group, and Hebei Iron and Steel Group. The company's scrap steel products are directly delivered to various steel mills through trains and its own car fleet.
 

Since the establishment of the "Scrap Steel Recycling, Processing, and Distribution Base" in 2003, the company's annual amount of scrap steel recycling, processing, and distribution has doubled. On May 12, 2007, the company signed a cooperation agreement with Hubei Lidi Group for the scrap steel crushing production line, which is the largest equipment procurement investment by the company up to now. In 2011, 890000 tons of scrap steel were transported to the steel mill, achieving a sales revenue of 2.846 billion yuan. Over the years, the company has won numerous awards and is filled with colorful brocades. Due to the good financing reputation of the enterprise, it has been awarded an annual credit rating of AAA by the Agricultural Bank of China Hubei Branch for nine consecutive years. In 2010 and 2011, the company was awarded the title of "Leading Enterprise in Economic Construction of Hubei Province" for two consecutive years with new achievements of "advanced indicators, scientific management, stable development, and industry-leading". In 2011 and 2012, it was successively awarded as the "Leading Enterprise in China's Industrial Industry" and "Excellent Enterprise in Hubei Province (Golden Crane Award)". After being rated as one of the "Top 100 Enterprises in Hubei Province" in 2009, it ranked 89th among the "Top 100 Enterprises in Hubei Province" in October 2012. Due to the effective standardization construction of the enterprise, its seven subsidiaries were awarded the title of "Scrap Steel Processing and Distribution Center" by the China Scrap Steel Application Association in October 2012.
