The working area is equipped with two slow-moving roller shafts, which can effectively shred light metals such as automobile shells, engine shells and aluminum profiles under the action of staggered blades.

The system adopts PLC control to realize remote control, which is simple and convenient to operate.

The whole machine includes six parts, including the body, power system, lubrication system, cooling system, conveying device and alarm device. It can also be designed according to the needs of users.

The twin-shaft design with two interconnected rotating shafts is the core component of the machine, which can directly pull in the waste materials and effectively shred the waste materials through the iron hook and blade on the cutter. When the system pressure reaches the peak value, the double roll shaft can automatically reverse to spit and "chew back".
