Q91Y-700Ⅱ Door Type Scrap Steel Chipping Machine (Double-Layer Feed Box)

Purpose: The double-layer feed box is mainly used for various waste components. Under normal conditions, the size is less than 7500x2500x1500mm (length x width x height). This form seals a certain density of mass after the package is compressed. After extrusion, shearing and processing, light and thin materials are processed into sheared heavy materials. It uses a counter control model to cut the product to the ideal size after changing the count and adjusting the feed length. It has a 1050mm wide cutting edge with a maximum cutting width of 1000 mm. It’s especially useful to cut loose scrap steel. 

Features: Open charging method. The volume can reach 28 cubic meters. It packs the waste during the waste extrusion process of the compression wing and the compression cover. Charging can be added synchronously during shearing to reduce the time wasted from charging during stopping.
